Project mάzoksi, collects and recreates Greek rebetika songs. Instigated by singer Zoe Katsilerou and composer, percussionist Eilon Morris, the project launched in June 2020 with Misirlou, a folk song from the Eastern Mediterranean region, with origins in the Ottoman Empire.
